- Slow traction during first 3 months: Early results showed weak booking performance, largely due to hesitation and channel mismatch.
- Strategic shift to Google Search: By Month 4, we identified Google Ads (Search) as the most effective channel. Users were actively searching for help, and our platform appeared as a trusted, timely solution.
